Cancellations or amendments must be notified within one (1) working day after order placement; otherwise a surcharge of 50% on your order shall be imposed. Transport of $30.00 to be charged for orders below $300.00.
Please do not send us the same order more than once. Processing fee of S$ 25.00 will apply for each repeated orders to be cancelled.
For orders received before 1700hrs shall be delivered within the next two (2) working days. Orders after 1700hrs shall be processed on the next working day.
Orders are accepted whilst stock last. We reserve the right to replace with items as similar as possible, or products with similar or higher value.
Delivery:
Urgent deliveries on weekends, eves and public holidays must be pre-arranged. Please contact us for quote on delivery charges.
Payment processing:
All orders must be paid upon delivery. For payments by cheques or cash orders, please make payable to Kidforte Pte Ltd. Receipts will be issued by our authorised Kidforte personnel and should be retained by you as proof of payment.
For deposits please send cheque payments in advance. We guarantee that all goods leave our warehouse in good conditions. In the event that any defects occur during transit, please notify us. We reserve the right for any replacement.
